AI services

AI development services that fit the systems you already run

Chatbots, agents, document AI and voice agents, built into your existing .NET, Node or cloud stack with guardrails, evaluation and cost controls from day one.

Why build AI with us

AI inside your stack, not bolted on beside it.

How our approach compares with the two most common alternatives.

Most AI agencies build in Python. That works fine for greenfield projects, and badly for the thousands of companies running established .NET, Node or PHP systems, who end up maintaining a second stack, a second deployment pipeline and a second team just to add a chatbot.

We build AI inside the software you already run. Same repository, same CI/CD pipeline, same cloud subscription, same engineers. Where Python genuinely is the better tool, for example model training or a specialised library, we use it behind a clean API rather than forcing a rewrite.

We have delivered .NET and Azure systems for the World Health Organization, a fintech platform, and an automated recruitment system for NITI-KSA. AI is an extension of that engineering work, not a pivot away from it.

What is RAG, and does my business need it?

Retrieval-Augmented Generation lets a language model answer questions using your documents rather than only its training data. You keep your content in a searchable index; when a user asks something, the system retrieves the relevant passages and the model answers from those, with citations.

It is the right approach when you need accurate answers over information that changes: policy documents, product catalogues, support knowledge bases, contracts. It is usually a better first step than fine-tuning, because it is faster to build, cheaper to run, and you can update the knowledge base without retraining anything.

LLM integration into existing applications

Adding AI features to software you already run: summarisation, drafting, classification, semantic search and natural-language querying of your data. In .NET we build with Semantic Kernel and the official model SDKs, deployed alongside your existing services, so there is no second platform to operate.

AI-powered search and recommendations

Replacing keyword search with semantic search that understands intent. Vector embeddings, hybrid retrieval and re-ranking, surfaced through your existing Angular, Vue or React front end.

AI-assisted legacy modernisation

Migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET 10, using AI tooling to accelerate code analysis and translation, with human review on every change. Unsupervised AI migration produces subtle bugs that surface in production months later; reviewed AI-assisted migration is simply faster engineering.

How do you keep AI accurate, safe and affordable?

Every production system we ship includes an evaluation suite that runs against real questions on every change, so accuracy is measured rather than assumed. We add guardrails for prompt injection and data leakage, confidence thresholds that hand off to a human, and per-user and per-day usage caps so a bug or an abuser cannot run up a surprise bill.

  • Evaluation harness with a golden question set, run in CI
  • Source citations and audit logs for every answer
  • PII redaction and role-based access to retrieved content
  • Model-agnostic design, so you can switch provider without a rewrite
  • Cost dashboards and hard usage limits
Use cases

Where it makes a difference

Customer support deflection

Answer common questions instantly on web and WhatsApp, and hand complex cases to an agent with the full context.

Internal knowledge assistant

Let staff ask questions across policies, SOPs and past projects instead of searching shared drives.

Invoice and document processing

Extract, validate and post data from invoices, purchase orders and forms into your ERP.

Candidate and lead screening

Score and summarise applications or inbound leads against your criteria, with a human making the final call.

Voice booking and follow-ups

Voice agents that confirm appointments, qualify enquiries and log outcomes to your CRM.

Forecasting and anomaly alerts

Predict demand, flag unusual transactions and surface risks before they become incidents.

How we deliver

Our process for ai development

  1. 01

    Discovery workshop (free, ~90 minutes)

We map the problem and tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool. Sometimes it is not: a well-designed form or a SQL query solves the problem better, and we will say so.

  2. 02

    Proof of concept (2-4 weeks)

A working prototype on your real data, with measured accuracy. You decide whether to proceed based on evidence rather than a demo video.

  3. 03

    Production build (6-16 weeks)

Full implementation with evaluation harnesses, guardrails, monitoring, cost controls and fallback behaviour.

  4. 04

    Operate and improve

Ongoing accuracy monitoring, prompt and retrieval tuning, and model upgrades as better options ship.

FAQ

AI Development: frequently asked questions

Can you add AI to our existing application?

Yes, that is our main practice. We work inside your existing repository and deployment pipeline, using Semantic Kernel and the official model SDKs in .NET, or the equivalent libraries in Node, so you do not take on a second technology stack or a second team to maintain.

Will our data be used to train someone else's model?

Not with the configurations we deploy. Azure OpenAI Service does not use customer data to train models, and the business API tiers from OpenAI and Anthropic exclude API data from training by default. For strictly regulated data we can deploy open-weight models on infrastructure you control.

How much does an AI project cost to build and run?

Build cost depends on scope; a focused RAG chatbot over a defined document set is typically a 4-8 week project. Running cost is usually the smaller number: most business chatbots cost tens of dollars per month in API usage, not thousands. We model expected cost before you commit and build in usage caps.

RAG or fine-tuning: which do we need?

Almost always RAG first. RAG is right when the model needs access to your information; fine-tuning is right when it needs to adopt a particular style or output format. Fine-tuning does not reliably teach a model new facts, which is what most people expect it to do. Many production systems use RAG alone.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

Assume it will, occasionally, and design for it. We build with source citations so users can verify, confidence thresholds that hand off to a human when the system is unsure, evaluation suites run against every change, and logging so you can audit any answer after the fact. We do not deploy AI into high-stakes decisions without a human in the loop.

Which models do you work with?

Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and open-weight models such as Llama and Mistral where data residency requires self-hosting. We recommend based on your accuracy, latency, cost and compliance constraints, not on a vendor partnership.
